Step Up for Kids Campaign The Skagit Valley Family YMCA Annual Support Campaign provides opportunities for adults, homeless teens, foster kids and many other members of our community. It is our policy to never turn anyone away due to inability to pay. The Scholarship Fund enables us to provide invaluable support to youth and families in Skagit County. In order for us to continue to build strong kids, strong families and strong communities, we must ourselves remain strong. Donations to the Building Improvement Fund will help us do that.
