Aerobics Program

Our YMCA aerobic activity classes use the latest exercise techniques to help you safely improve and maintain your level of health and fitness. We offer a wide variety of classes designed to be fun, effective and safe. Classes are let by certified instructors who are able to gear their group workouts for the beginner to intermediate advanced participants unless otherwise indicated. All classes include a thorough warm-up and cool down.

Personal Training

Our certified personal fitness trainers can:

• Demonstrate equipment
• Select an exercise
• Evaluate technique
• Answer your questions

We also offer one-on-one individualized fitness training. Our trainer develops a personalized workout while teaching correct, safe exercise performance. Members are provided specific exercises and programs to help them reach their fitness goals. Most important is the motivation and encouragement you receive from the enthusiastic team of fitness professionals working with each member at the YMCA!
